Hey Ms Brenda,
Ive been thinking of you today.
I might call you in a minute.
Today I have had:
2 cheese crackers   60
light yogurt  100
1 cut chicken noodle soup 80
1/2 cut or less of wendys chili 100
2 slices of turkey 30
1.2 cup ice cream for a total of 520 calories
Not Good!!!!!
Loosing weight like crazy
